Today, my monitor, keyboard, and mouse stopped working. They are connected to my desktop. They desktop turns on; the fans and lights do turn on too. It also beeps when it starts. So I didn’t know what the problem was.
This is what I did:
- Took the Memory Cards (RAM) out and turned on the computer. It beeped so the problem was not the motherboard
- Put one memory card in to test. Turned the computer on and it worked.
- Put the second one in, the computer didn’t work.
- Replaced the second Memory card and we are good to go.
