Hattori FH Knives by Ichiro Hattori

by on 15 February, 2009

I love knives. I cook quite often and therefore appreciate a good knife. Recently I’ve been looking into treating myself with couple really nice ones and finally decided on two Hattori knives. I will post pictures and reviews of them as soon as I buy them.

Hattori knives are hand made by Ichiro Hattori, a Japanese knife maker who has been making knives since he was 18. He is 65 years old now.
