This morning I finished my latest creation: Iranian Lawyers Directory. The website - as the name implies - is a directory (listings) of Iranian lawyers and law firms across the world.
The first directories I started were all general directories. However, later I realized niche directories (ex. Hookah Bars) are much more successful. Also since there is less competition in certain niches, I can charge more for my directories. The prices for these niche directories are not really for the link back and SEO advantages of the listings; they are more for bringing targeted audience to those listings.
Iranian Lawyers is a new niche that I am working on. The website design and coding is done. I do have upgrade plans to add new mods and more, however for the time being I am done with working on the website and plan to spend some time and money on marketing it.

I plan to add the Coupon Mod, Spam Guard, and Zip Code Search mod later as well.
As for marketing it, I will contact a series of Iranian Lawyers to list their services for a discounted price. That way the directory will have a jump start and more credibility. I will also purchase advertising on Iranian websites that are more popular among older Iranians. So far I have spent close to $1500 on the website excluding any marketing. I plan to spend another $1500 on marketing. Hopefully the website will be a success, connects lawyers and public, and return its investment as well.
