PersianHub.org is one of the largest Iranian website online. They have almost all Iranian music and movies in their database. The best part is you can download them all for free.
Their Forum has over 150,000 members (mostly Iranian and from US or Canada).
They also recently changed their website back-end software and did some nice design work which has made the website much easier to navigate.
Bottom line, I think this is the best Iranian website for downloading music, movies, and chatting through the forums
